Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged will be eligible for exchange. Anhad Fashions does not provide any guarantee on post wash fabric shrinkage or color bleed.
Exchange is not allowed for Made to Order (will be indicated in individual product description) and Custom Size/Design stitched wear.

The cost of exchange shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend sending items through traceable mail (We do not have reverse pick up facility ), as any exchanged items that is not received by us will be treated as not exchanged. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Anhad Fashions will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
Customer has the option to exchange for a different product once the merchandise is received by us.
In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
In cases where a product accessory is found missing/damaged/defective, the seller may either process a replacement of the particular accessory or deposit in their wallet for an amount equivalent to the price of the accessory, at the seller’s discretion.
Once you have accepted an open packet delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered at anhadfashions.com, anhadfashions.com will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:
- Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, and/or

Pricing/typographical error
If Anhad Fashions comes across any difference in pricing resulting from typographic errors with regards to pricing or product information, Anhad Fashions shall have the right to rectify the same or cancel the order(s) and refund your money, if any, collected from the customer within 10-15 business days of such corrective action taken. The mode of refund will remain same through which the payment was received by Anhad Fashions.
In case of mispricing
Despite our best efforts, there might be chance of a small number of the items in our catalogue are mispriced. Though we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures, still:
- If an article’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item and you can buy anything of remaining amount/take refund of remaining amount.

Cancellation Policy

However anhadfashions.com will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time. Customer can cancel the order any time before shipping. And refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days. We do not entertain Return in any circumstances. We try and deliver the orders within 10 working days.
